I'm so aware of how grateful I should be for all the little blessings in my life, especially in view of the devastation that our area suffered last weekend. We were among the lucky ones who were not affected.
Oh, I love the little things most of all, I think! We have a resident salamander that lives in the little garden pond down by the old place. He is magnificent!
Before I read what kind of lizard it was I thought it looked like a tiger. :) We all have so much to be thankful for. Some of the little things ARE big things. :)
Such a beautiful salamander ... When I was a child I often saw fire salamanders, they live in deciduous forests and look a bit like your salamander :-) Many greetings to you. Have a happy weekend. Viola

My granddaughter would probably love it! The little things can be the most wonderful of all.

I have NEVER seen such a creature! Even though I lived in West Texas for so long! Amazing! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
