What do you think??
*********************************
A woman was asked by a co-worker, " what is it like to be a Christian?"
She replied, "It is like being a pumpkin,
God picks you from the patch,
brings you in,
washes all the dirt off of you.
Then He cuts off the top and scoops out all of the yucky stuff.
He removes the seeds of doubt, hate, and greed.
Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts
His light inside of you to shine
For all of the world to see."

Now THAT's a cute studio!
And how come we keep putting "yucky" stuff back in???

This reminds me of a children's book I used to read to my kids. Neat analogy.
Hi Kathleen, I like your studio! But more so than that the comparison between a pumpkin and God's love :-)
I would love your new studio look, but wouldn't you begin to feel a bit like Peter, Peter Pumpkin Eater's wife? LOL
And yes, we are all a lot like pumpkins. Thank God, He cleans us up so well.
I love the pumpkin studio - that would be very cool!

I loved this post.
Now ...that is really cute and better than what my kids tell me about being the old woman that lived in a shoe :)
Cute, cute! So you'd like to work in a pumpkin?
I like the analogy. Vickie asked the right question, so how come we keep putting the yucky stuff back in?
Love that photo. It makes me want to make some pumpkin soup.
Happy days to you Kathleen.
