Always let your inner light shine

By doing so, you not only light a path for  yourself,
but also light a way for others.

Amen! And I love your row of softly glowing candles in their jewel-like containers.

Pretty. I have one similar to the gold fluted one, mine is a light cranberry color. I like depression glass.

I love the feel of glass containers and these certainly are beautiful!

In reply to the comment you left for me concerning the letters we found in the shed: we have known the woman's family a long time (they were some of our close neighbors) and the farmer knew of the man's family, so it made the discovery sorta personal.

What a nice way to display all the pretty pieces you have; the windows light as well as the candle's just make them shine brighter! They are each lovely in their own way. Hard to pick a favorite. Love the quote too.

It's a good quote. Deep thinking people like me probably over think it. I have been reading a lot of quotes lately.

Pretty colored glass and the post before this one made me long for spring. I love sitting on the front porch and watching the flowers grow:)
I'm so happy that your weather permits you to do this in January. That's wonderful!

Candles are wonderful and we are so glad for winter time when we can light them in so many rooms. We usually have morning coffee and dinner with candles always lit. Thanks for sharing yours and the wise words, Kathleen.

You gave me an idea. I like to light a candle in the kitchen on a cold winter's morning.
