I agree that the yellow band on the birds is amazing as the only other colorful ones I have seen are red winged. The concrete spheres will certainky not blow away in the garden areas and they are unique and colorful. How wonderful to see the antelopes on your walks.Beatrice P. We put in so much time and work to have it destroyed in a few days. I love your concrete bowls and spheres. I have only seen them two times over 20 years during the drive from El Paso to Midland. So dainty and beautiful. I am fascinated by your concrete creations. They are going to add so much to your landscape. "Hardscaping" can really make or break a yard! You are saving a fortune by being able to make your decor yourself. Finally, as to the ground squirrels, what about using fire-rings for your pumpkins? I put mine in fire-rings last year, mainly to stop the dogs from bothering them and wading through them and also to try to foil the squash bugs. I grew the Cherokee Bush Pumpkins so that they would not sprawl all over and let things get at the baby pumpkins.Olde Dame Hollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01582859287218671766noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1755931701182556976.post-52846757361527482032021-04-18T16:40:52.266-07:002021-04-18T16:40:52.266-07:00I like the concrete bowls and spheres you made.
