Nothing is blooming here now, although the daffodils are showing lots of buds. We may not plant any veggies this year, depending on whether or not we decide to do some road trips.Beatrice P. I've wanted to make those cement leaves-yours are beautiful.

We are getting a little warmer here-around 30 degrees today-and we feel like it's spring!
This year I want to grow only a few tomatoes, and the rest will be beans and salad greens. I know I'll be busy with other things this summer, so I want to go easy with the garden.
Hugs from New York!
DebraDebrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03982370018359352543noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1755931701182556976.post-44304923738996673712014-03-06T22:45:35.203-08:002014-03-06T22:45:35.203-08:00I look forward to the day I see signs of spring li...I look forward to the day I see signs of spring life in my gardens! My son and I are going crazy now planning all that we can grow. We are very excited now. I may never have to go the the farm stands again. LOL.
We also had much heavy rains this past weekend, though not enough to end our CA. drought. But with this week's sun and heat, the flowers should be blooming themselves silly.
blessings, jillAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1755931701182556976.post-43709511031220212172014-03-04T08:14:24.641-08:002014-03-04T08:14:24.641-08:00Love the new garden gate! The farmer has an old hay mowing machine I'd dearly love to have in a flower bed, but for some reason he won't let me have it :( Maybe when "real" flowers bloom you can replace the ones you have there now. And, I too look forward to seeing your garden in full bloom.lil red henhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15494641068959278096noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1755931701182556976.post-46853095973791157142014-03-04T01:38:52.299-08:002014-03-04T01:38:52.299-08:00Isn't it fun to create gardens ad then be able...Isn't it fun to create gardens ad then be able to adorn them with whatever strikes our fancy ?
