Hello Kathleen,

Would be interested to know what the pink bloom is.

Happy days.

I see you have a different sort of oxalis from the one I have. Ours have green leaves, but the flowers are similar, though some are pink. We always loved this plant as children, because we could chew on the stems, very tart! Wood sorrel is what it is known by to lots of people. And I see that you find beauty in even the humblest of containers.

Beautiful photo, Kathleen, and I love the quote. You find a purpose for everything there, and I love that about you. :)

I've seen that quote before, and it is so true! Glad to see you again. About our trip, we decided not to do Pikes Peak because my hubby has COPD and he had some trouble breathing on Mt. Evans. Would have loved to have done the cog train. I will be posting pictures of the trip for several more weeks still! We were only gone 14 days, but I kept that shutter clicking! :-)
